How do I place an order?
Choose your product, click “Add to cart” or “Buy now,” and complete your payment through our secure checkout.
Do you have a physical store?
No. We operate exclusively online.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Shipping options will appear at checkout based on your location.
How long does delivery take?
Processing time: 1–3 business days.
Estimated delivery: 5–12 business days depending on destination.
You will receive a tracking code via email once your order is shipped.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards and digital wallets such as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay (availability may vary).
Can I modify my order or address after purchase?
Changes can only be made before the order is processed. Contact us immediately at hello@desertstarstore.com.
Once the order has been dispatched, changes are no longer possible.
I only received part of my order. Is that normal?
Yes. Orders with multiple products may arrive in separate shipments.
What is your return policy?
You have 7 days for returns due to dissatisfaction and 30 days for manufacturing defects.
Items must be unused and in original packaging.
My order is late. What should I do?
Check the tracking status sent to your email. If the delivery exceeds the estimated time, contact us.
