Delivery Timeframes

The average delivery time is 5 to 12 business days, depending on the destination. Once payment is confirmed, order processing and dispatch may take 1 to 3 business days.

Order Tracking

All orders include a tracking number, which will be sent to your email so you can monitor your shipment in real time.

Partial Shipments

If your order contains more than one product, items may be shipped separately. Each package will have its own tracking code.

Customs Fees

In rare cases, customs authorities may charge additional taxes or fees. These costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Shipping Address

Please verify your shipping details before completing your purchase. If the address is incorrect or the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, the package may be returned to the sender. Any costs related to reshipping the order will be the customer’s responsibility.
