Refund Policy

At Desert Star Store, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange or refund under the following conditions:

Deadlines

• Dissatisfaction with the product: up to 7 calendar days from delivery.

• Manufacturing defect: up to 30 calendar days from delivery.
  For visible damage (broken glass, missing parts, scratches, etc.), you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery and send photos or a short video showing the issue. After this period, the damage will be considered improper use.

Return Conditions

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories and components.
We do not accept returns of modified items (e.g., resized bracelets).

Once the product is received and approved after inspection, the customer may choose between:

• A replacement product of equal value

• A refund of the product price

Shipping costs are not refundable when the product delivered matches the order and is in good condition.

Warranty

All products include a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery.
To activate the warranty, send a short video (up to 1 minute) or clear photos showing the defect, along with the original packaging and visible label.

Warranty does not cover:

• Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, broken screen)

• Damage from liquids or humidity

• Unauthorized repairs or modifications

• Improper use of accessories

• Normal wear (oxidation, loss of shine, reduced battery life)

• Stress or resistance tests not recommended by the manufacturer
